Explore and indulge in the “treasures“ of Portugal.
Walk the narrow steep alley ways of Lisbon, Porto, and Coimbra. Enjoy Francesina, one of the more famous and popular Portuguese sandwiches, made with thick slices of bread, Portuguese sausage and smothered with melted cheese and a tomato and beer sauce!
Try grilled sardines, and bacalhau, dried and salted codfish... prepared in a variety of ways to please your palate. Indulge in pasteis de nata, the famous Portuguese egg custards with a cup of espresso at an outdoor cafe.
End dinner with a glass of Port wine, indigenous to Portugal! Bon Apetite’!

Listening to the bamboo xylophone and eating pho, actually pronounced “ fuh.” A Vietnamese soup made with noodles, vegetables and meat. Ok to slurp!
Indulge in Banh mi, a popular Vietnamese street baguette sandwich with a combination of pork, coriander, cabbage, daikon with a mayo and paté spread. More popular in south Vietnam, try Huynh Hoa, a take out restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City but be prepared to wait in a long line.
Finally, indulge in the classic Vietnamese egg coffee, made with egg yolks, sugar, condensed milk and robusta coffee. Much more popular and authentic in Hanoi but more decorative in the south. Indulge!!!!
