Vietnam
Decades ago Americans went to Vietnam on a military mission..... today Americans go as tourists to a country that has been rebuilt and revitalized from the ravages of war. It is difficult to step on the soil of Vietnam without a remembrance of the Vietnam War and the thousands of Americans and Vietnamese soldiers who sacrificed their lives. With that in mind the hallowed grounds of Vietnam can still be “appreciated.”

Saigon is a westernized urban mecca, with many historical sites and monuments. Enjoy the street food, the markets and the historical landmarks.

Hoi An is an enchanting town, stroll the streets or take a boat ride at night.... illuminated by hundreds of lanterns.

Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site is strewn with thousands of limestone islands and inlets. Hop on a boat to Sung Sot Cave...admiring the endless panoramic views along the way.

Finally, enjoy gritty Hanoi, walk the busy streets, where scooters outnumber pedestrians. Sample the food, the egg coffee and engage with the college students who are more than eager to strike up a conversation.

Let’s see if I can take you there!
A thing that you see in my pictures is that I was not afraid to fall in love with these people.
